Sharing

Each year we share our cabin with a few individuals that we hope will enjoy the semi wilderness setting and the abundance of nature that comes right up to your cabin door. Our Cabin is not a true commercial undertaking in that there is only one cabin (with a bunk house) and we only accommodate a very limited number of guests during the season. All who come, become family friends.

Season

Our primary season is from 1st of May to end of October but can arrange for other dates if interested in cross country or downhill skiing, a winter experience - only 45mins away.

Specification

Our cabin is approximately 700 sq feet on the main floor with a loft of approximately 180 sq feet. The floor area  is divided into sleeping areas (4), kitchen, bathroom, and a 16' by 16' living/eating room. The bathroom contains toilet, basin, bath and shower while the kitchen contains sink, microwave, stove, fridge, washer, deep freeze.  The cabin has hot & cold water, electricity, a large deck with a gas barbeque. The cabin is heated by a wood burning stove that will require your attention if you have bad weather.

Facilities

The property also contains a private beach, wharf, canoe, boat, fire pit with seating, outdoor kitchen, bunk house (sleeps 3) and lots of fresh warm water and green grass. In total the cabin can sleep approximately 10 people comfortably including 3 in the bunk house.

Surroundings

Most of our guests just want to enjoy their surroundings and the warm lake water, finishing the day by sitting around the fire pit or enjoying the many stars in the clear evening sky.
